Yes. Every batch is tested multiple times for microbial contaminants, pesticides & heavy metals.

We utilize a 3rd party FDA registered facility that tests our raw ingredients before we mix, and then we test after the product is complete before we distribute. We average around 20ppb (parts per billion) for lead, however, if you use lead free water, we test at 5ppb. Orange Juice in the same 4oz serving, tests at about 50ppb.

Our light beige powder has dark brown flecks from our dark non-GMO molasses. When mixed with water, Sammy’s Milk becomes a light brown color. Yes, this is normal.

Goat milk has less allergenic proteins, a more digestible fat and less lactose than other milks.
